Apart from that, 2 advisers who, seeing the waiting situation of several people, simply dedicated themselves to filling out their internal papers, but they did not care that people waited so long. They do not have a superior to whom they can go to report the abuses they commit. The person in cubicle 10 Katherine Rodríguez is rude, she attends to people without records and even with the client in front of her as in my case, she shamelessly begins to attend to other people who did not have a record for that unit. The other unemployed advisors quickly left the office for their homes, without attending to people. Terrible service and staff serving in that office. It shows that they do not have the gift of people to serve the public. They have titles but no education.
