Personally, I have a lot to thank this Bank for, I was always treated excellently, from the security personnel to the administrators and tellers.

With the exception of the lady who attends, I must say that all the employees in charge of the reception and the desks do not show the slightest interest in satisfying the client. Personally, it bothers me a lot that they look the other way and that is what they do , making each procedure slow and ineffective. I wanted to cancel the VISA card and after an hour of questions and signatures, they still want to continue charging me for something that I DON'T WANT and that today has a balance in my favor. In summary, a lousy bank with equal service and that does not provide solutions to clients, he clarified, I am a client because ANSES referred me and I cannot also leave because in ANSES there is an appointment and for deliveries I prefer my wife's.

Very small place, old furniture and equipment, piled up chairs, infrastructure with stained walls, disinterested customer service, a system that crashes all the time and they cannot advise you or even inform you, very little security, even the cameras are old ! Poor old people as they have them, it depresses the branch.
