Horrible experience, my account was not canceled and they continued to charge the maintenance amount. Detestable

It's rubbish service. As expected. When I opened a conventional account, my cell phone bill was accepted as a document, now the company asked for a salary account, I have to bring an electricity bill in my wife's name and a marriage certificate... Next time they will ask for a blood test. I work at night and wasted my time going from the new city to the center.

Bad security, I'm a customer and I made a withdrawal, I wanted to use the bathroom I was blocked, the security guard said to use the one in the square, unrealistic to pay to be a customer and not be able to use the bank's facilities.

Service needs to be improved. I tried to open an account outside the system until today with no response to sign the papers and I didn't know anything about the account.

Bad experience, they don't cancel the account and they still charge the account maintenance fee
