very slow cashier service, opens at 10am for customer service and closes at 2pm, takes an hour to call a customer, poor quality service.

I was at the branch today to open an account and the guy told me to download the app and said that I didn't want to because until I downloaded the app, opening the account and logging into the App would take a long time and I was in a hurry as I had spent almost 2 hours at the queue and I was already shivering with hunger. He was super rude and shouted that if I could wait, it would only be 30 minutes to open the account, so he opened the account in less than 10 minutes and didn't even register my password, he didn't ask for my address to send a card and he was already calling for the next password claiming that I already He had an old account with the bank.

The service from the employees at this bank is very friendly, I recommend it. During this pandemic there are always two queues, especially in the early hours of the morning, one for service at the branch, the other for ATMs. In any case, the staff are very friendly and respectful, giving all the necessary attention. It is an institution that respects its users. PRIME customers have an exclusive manager and there is no need to queue, just speak to the attendant at the branch door.

There's no point in @bradesco talking about empathy, love for others and putting yourself in someone else's shoes when you don't practice that. I spent a year saving money to buy a vehicle and became a victim of fraudsters who used @bradesco accounts. I went to @bradesco twice to ask for help to block the amount and they informed me that they couldn't do anything. Today I went to file a notification of the case, as the bank clerks didn't even want to file the documents. They said it was against the bank's rules! I was shocked by the terrible service and lack of empathy. Pure hypocrisy. I hope that the judge who will analyze the case has more empathy for me than for the bank.
