I don't know what this phone is for if they don't answer to get information you have to go to the agency because they don't answer that miserable phone!
Experience of bad service and now to make matters worse I made a deposit at the fast cash machine yesterday, October 13, 2015 to make a transaction and until now the money is blocked, it is very inefficient for a private agency that wants to keep customers;
It was in the box and it was never like that, in less than an hour the money was ready for handling, even outside working hours as it had already been done at 4:00 pm and on the same day the money was released for use.
I already knew that I would regret turning my main account over to Bradesco.

On June 1st, 2017, the agency was fully booked due to the lack of money at the tills!
