Banco Bradesco - Agência 5365

Second time I need to make a check deposit at ATMs and I can't... in addition to the Mulungu branch not accepting this type of deposit, we now have to go to Baturité... when we arrive in Baturité, it doesn't work and we have to go to Aracoiaba.

Totally negative, worst experience I've ever had inside a branch, and the most hilarious thing of all is that it wasn't just this branch, all Banco Bradesco, whether in the countryside or in the city, horrible service, rude people, they don't know how to speak with us, I am referring directly to the employees and especially the manager. A more than regrettable stance for a private bank, I will cancel any and all ties I have with them, not just me, but my family, friends and friends of friends.

I managed to sit down, the service took almost an hour, but it was pleasant and I was well attended to, however the agency makes it difficult to carry out cash transactions, but there are self-service terminals with little queue!
