They don't answer the phone, there's no way of knowing if the card has arrived, you have to make a trip to the branch to find out if the card is there.
My father is retired from the INSS and this is exactly what his agency is, I thought it was disrespectful to take a 72-year-old elderly person in a wheelchair (Various Comorbidities) and return without proper assistance because the tickets had already ended, and it was 1:00 pm.
The procedure was to do proof of life.
My opinion!! If you don't have the capacity to serve customers more efficiently, you could create another means of service.....

This bank is horrible, the agent arrives early, takes the password and is only served at closing time, I only use it because the company requires it.

They don't answer the phone. And I've seen several complaints here from months past about the same reason.
