Terrible!!!
I made an immediate deposit on 08/15/20, when I put the money in the machine turned off and the money didn't go into the account, I went to the branch on 08/19 and the security guard was still ironic on the intercom saying: "today is Wednesday " and smiled. They think that we have nothing to do, that we are willing to give bad service and keep going there a thousand times humiliating ourselves to resolve it, they do this with each customer and the day there is no customer there will be no company either.
We are the customers who pay your salary.
They took all the data and contact details and so far they haven't solved it, they gave me a contact from the Agency to speak to Willian and since yesterday there have been 12 calls and no one answers.
There are a lot of competent Lawyers to beat the Bank, yes!

The service offered at the emergency terminals meets needs, but in-person service is always very tiring with long waiting times and is not always satisfactory.
Worst bank for resolving problems, long waits, no respect for the elderly during the waiting time, slow service compared to interns. They should improve a lot. In terms of other banks, customer service is far from being at least acceptable.
