Ítalo attendant is either unprepared or arrogant (or both). Zero desire to solve problems, so much so that the attendant next door had to help me and answer my questions, being friendly and polite, while he just smiled in a rude way for every piece of information I gave/requested. Customer service is stressful, but being served by someone who doesn't care about your problem and just wants to dismiss you is even worse.
Everything is fine at the ATM... But if you need to go into the branch to withdraw INSS or something from the government, it's pure bureaucracy and the service is not of high quality, plus it starts after 11:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm ... And the wait is standing because there are no chairs to wait outside the agency and inside the agency there are few chairs.
This agency is terrible for the very elderly, 87 years old, and retirees. Last month I had to fight with security to let my mother in and sit down. Today again another bank user had to go and speak to the manager to release entry. Is there no training for security guards? Don't they know what the elder preference law is? This bank or this agency does not respect the elderly.

Terrible attendance. Mainly via phone. Ombudsman is even worse. Worst agency in Cuiabá Do you want to be angry? Take a look at this agency.
