Terrible. I spent more than an hour doing biometrics, but I ended up giving up because I could lose work time. All my life it was a terrible bank in terms of service.

Terrible. Bradesco's worst branch. There is only one attendant to assist you at the checkouts. The service takes forever to happen and there is one employee who is extremely rude.

If you need to come for some service, take the day off. 3 hours just to open an account so I can work. Horrible service. Only come if you really need it.

Bradesco to collect is a lion. Bradesco's ability to provide feedback to its customers is incredible. Agency does not return emails, agency does not answer the phone. They stopped in the stone age, only in person.

In fact, it deserves a 0 rating. I faced greater difficulty making a deposit of 70 reais. The notes were old and I couldn't even do them at the cashier. I've never seen this in my life. Terrible!! Improve!
