Terrible service, they don't solve anything, one attendant only for several customers, I only have this account because of the company's requirements and even when I need assistance, besides being slow, they never know how to resolve anything. But the fees are there, I'm going to ask for portability, I've never liked a bank that just wants to benefit and provide proper customer service... nothing.
I don't recommend it, go as a last resort, life or death. It's not because of friendliness or politeness, but because of the lack of desire to work. Honestly, it’s better not to have an agency. That's why digital banks are increasingly attracting more customers.
Phone for contact does not work, terrible physical service, it takes too long only 2 people answering and they still make time with the customer's face
