Inhumane service. The customer is not treated with cordiality and respect. Good thing my mom canceled the account. I'm already arranging to cancel mine. Very weak manager for such a renowned institution. I don't recommend the bank to anyone, especially this branch....

Slow service, spending more than 6 hours standing up because there are few chairs for "customers". Very few employees. Terrible service.

No respect for customers, endless queues and slow service

The worst possible experience, a real DISGUSTION towards citizens who need assistance. I went to make an immediate deposit, it didn't go into my account and I still had my money stuck in the machine on a Friday, which resulted in me having no money for the weekend, I've been here for more than 2 hours and I still don't know if I'm going to resolve it. My problem right here is being able to get my money back into my account, it's a real hell, it takes a long time to respond, everything here is HORRIBLE!
