Terrible attendance.
I'm an exclusive Bradesco customer, who has nothing "exclusive", I opened the account in person and now they tell me that my service is only digital, a total disregard, we have to humiliate ourselves for a basic and simple service, unfortunately It leaves something to be desired, it never responds to me on WhatsApp and the coolest thing is that when I opened it it didn't appear to be that, I try to call the landline and I have no success either.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE.
I am an exclusive client and my manager is never available. Once a year you get in touch to evaluate, you want to ask and evaluate what exactly? Because when we need them they are never available.
I try to resolve things online but it never works either.
It's one pushing the other.
You complete a question to continue with the service and the attendant arrives and asks everything again.
They answer so that the system records that they are providing assistance, but NOBODY RESOLVES ANYTHING.
No support!
Without attention!
No guidance!
It takes practically 40 minutes at 1:00 am in this mess.
Honestly, it's going from bad to worse!!!!
