Banks are essential in the life of GNT, however, the service leaves something to be desired, always crowded, and I'm not even referring to the pandemic, always, always crowded, and a huge shortage of employees. You walk into a bank and don't know what time you'll leave, and worse, whether your problem will be resolved.
Horrible!!! I spent more than 2 hours to be seen (pay on the payroll), slow system, rude professionals, they don't pay proper attention, let alone decent information. Horrible, unpleasant and humiliating experience!

TERRIBLE SERVICE OH MY GOD I NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPECT TO NEED THIS BANK MORE. I opened an account at each bank so I never needed this one! Be ashamed!
