Disrespectful service towards the customer/retired, 85 years old, amputee, debilitated having to appear at this bank because they claim
not having a home care service. The client has to pay to renew the power of attorney at the notary's office or he will be unable to receive his benefit.
I opened a salary account, and, after filling in the details, they didn't ask me if I wanted to receive the card at the branch or at my home, much less asked me to choose a four-digit password! A neglect, honestly. Bradesco, never again.
