A big bank with very bad customer service takes a long time to pay attention to customers. It takes time to solve a simple case and there's going to be a lot of room for improvement.
Terrible time in line when you get to the attendant they say this can only be resolved on the website, you go to the website and it says that only by going to the branch is the worst private bank, a private one.
1 hour in line to get a password to open an account (not counting the time to be seen by the manager). In short: set aside at least 2 hours of your day (hopefully) to resolve any type of problem at this bank.

They don't like to serve us, they have everything done through the app, why have a bank then?
