It takes forever to get service... The staff are messing around, leaving all the time and even stopping to have a snack between one service and the next.
Bad. A bank that doesn't solve simple problems quickly and efficiently. I stayed from 10 am to 3 pm to be seen and they didn't solve the problem. Unblocking a card requires a lot of bureaucracy. We can unblock the other banks at the ATM or with the attendants outside. At Bradesco, the attendants do nothing. There are only 2 cashiers that take ages to serve people. I will ask to transfer my payment to Banco do Brasil. The manager is not capable of solving simple things. And there is no cashier to provide quick services. There are times when we spend 3 hours for a 3-minute transaction.
