The problem is not so much the Bank's but the employees', what I could see was neglect towards us, negligence, lack of interest in the business of the Bank's customers and consequently harming the Bank's good performance in terms of their functionality
Poor quality bank, poorly trained employees, branch without adequate structure for its customers, I would also like to emphasize the fish sales that take place in the bank, giving priority service to employee or high-acquisition people's fish sales.

Modern bank, last time I was here I spent the whole day in line, with only one teller to serve that endless queue. It's been a long time since I had this experience. I don't know if much has changed, the building is still the same. As for the street, it is very busy and congested, both by pedestrians and snack vendors, which ends up hindering access to the bank, due to the flow of passersby on the sidewalk and around the building.
Like most banks, it's small, the number of tellers is much lower than the demand, it's impossible to go and not get in that queue. Other than that it is extremely uncomfortable.
