Long queues, terrible service, very slow. Almost no one working, seats only inside, opens late and closes early.

Terrible service, more than 3 hours to be seen and the attendants have a mocking face thinking they are doing you a favor by serving you. 1 star is still a good rating for this agency.

Picos with such a large region, Bradesco should expand its service, there are a lot of people for just a few employees. People arrive in the morning and only leave in the afternoon, it's huge disorganization.

Horrifying. Not to mention that the only phone available NEVER worked. I think they let it off the hook.
