IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD! I HAVE BEEN TO THIS AGENCY SEVERAL TIMES TO TRY TO RESOLVE A PROBLEM ON AN ACCOUNT MADE EXCLUSIVELY FOR A CERTAIN SITUATION AND I CAN NEVER LEAVE 100% SATISFIED. IT IS VERY EASY TO WORK AT THESE BANKS.

Terrible service, abusive interest, undue charges. This bank is rich because of this, if regret could kill I would never have opened an account with you!

Terrible attendance. 3 hours of waiting to solve something extremely simple. few employees And the few that do work as quickly as possible. Answering phone calls, messing with the cell phone, talking personal matters between them. Disrespect!

This Bank is very bureaucratic. The application is always causing us inconvenience and when this happens, the person has to leave work to go and register a security key. That sucks!! Apart from the delay in in-person service! You spend the whole day there. You have to take your lunch box with you.

Old building in the city center well known because of the fish at the entrance to the bank, whenever I pass by I like to admire them, even though I'm not a customer of the bank branch!
