Banco Bradesco - Agência 0723

The institution of Bradesco itself has always been a disappointment. I deal with several banks but this is without a doubt the worst. Now when it comes to this specific agency, the treatment of customers is inhumane, the wait is absurd, and now during the pandemic everything has gotten worse, people are left outside in the sun, heat and rain. Service is so slow that it considerably exceeds what consumer standards establish and this can cause moral damage to customers. Another bad thing is that some employees at this agency are willing to complicate customers' lives, they don't make it any easier and they make the experience of needing to go to this agency a real inconvenience. I'm typing this complaining while I wait to be attended to, I arrived at 10 am and now it's exactly 12:30 pm and no service. I'm a lawyer and many of my clients receive some type of social security benefit from this bank and I'm willing to convince all of them to change banks.

Service is very bad in our city, Grajaú Maranhão.

The agency was renovated and expanded. Service has improved a lot. It's a lot faster now and there are a lot more ATMs.

Quite disorganized at the cashiers outside. However, the administrative service is excellent.
