Worst managers, the elderly and people with special priorities (disabled and special people) stand in line outside to wait for service. After waiting in line for 2 or 3 hours, they enter and receive the password to wait again for a new queue.
Total disregard.
Agency ok, honestly I rarely go to the branch for service but the times I went it was very quiet, of course a long waiting time is normal in any bank branch.
Terrible, worst bank to open an account, I definitely don't recommend it, absurd fees, precarious service and a lot of unnecessary bureaucracy, for everything you have to spend 3 hours in a queue, they give almost no support to customers, a humiliation.

I don't like this bank, the service is very bad. Thankfully, there are digital banks today.
