Bad experience, terrible service, the Agency doesn't open on time, but closes promptly at 3pm.
Just registering a complaint with Procon, Bacen, to see if it improves.

Transfers via Western-Union are only paid when you have a Bradesco Account, meaning Western-Union works worldwide to receive urgent money, at least in Aracati it is only for Bradesco Customers.

We don't even get decent attention. I went to the agency to register my device to use the application... It took me more than 2hrs, almost 3hrs for service...
Attendants leave their station to distribute forms and thus leave the service unattended for many minutes... I think it's disrespectful.
The Bank has a very good structure, but it leaves something to be desired in terms of service. To give you an idea, one day I needed to resolve something in the account opening, consortia, insurance sector that only requires three agents to resolve everything. Anyway, that day I arrived at the Bank and got form number 11, and waited for about 4 hours! In two hours of service they only served 5 people! In other words, absurd! At 12 noon, there is only one person left to serve everyone! And if we want to resolve it, we have to wait!
All my experiences were terrible. Everything we try to resolve takes time. I already had to wait 4 hours for service. Few employees, not enough seats for waiting. Stressful!
