The attendants are competent, but there are only 2 of them to serve a very large number of people, this ends up influencing the service time which becomes slow...the cashiers always run out of money...put more attendants, people waste a whole lot of money in one queue that can be avoided with a little investment in human resources

Firstly, point out the terrible service and the way they treat the consumer, with lies and subterfuge so that the account holder continues paying abusive fees. My friend was at the bank and not only did they not guide him correctly, they said he could not migrate to the essential service package, which is fee-free. I hope that all account holders read this comment and cancel their useless fee package... Yes, it is a right and it is provided for by the central bank!!!
