How could it be otherwise, this bank branch is always packed with customers. There is overcrowding before the service starts and at the end as well. The self-service hall is small for the number of people to be served. There are few self-service machines that work correctly, that is, modern machines that already malfunction, especially with barcode readers. Regarding service, the agency is made up of attentive and polite employees. The environment is well air-conditioned.

I opened an account at this bank because of my job. They gave me a deadline of 15 working days, (they said it would arrive before the deadline) everything was fine. The app doesn't allow us to do anything without the blessed security key, but I can only get this key with the card. Furthermore, I can only use my account after completing this entire process. I can't make this key through the app either, despite having this option it will always tell us to go to the agency. TOTAL DISREGARD. They don't answer the phone. And from the reviews, the service is terrible. If there was an option for zero stars, it would be easier to define.

You can forget about calling the agency, I called 72 times from 1pm to 4pm and no one answered. You open an account at a notary's office, where have you seen this before? In short, the worst agency in Fortaleza in my opinion.
