Worst experience ever at this bank, terrible service, real disrespect to the citizen, several tellers but there is only 1 attendant, even for lunch and there is no substitute, only 2 managers still leave .. finally, this José Walter agency is negligent.

The exclusive part is always very good, sometimes it just takes a little while, but nothing too long.

I'm an exclusive customer, but my manager gives me a WhatsApp number that never answers, I call and she never answers, I go to the branch and it doesn't solve my problem, I'm going to change banks.

Horrible service. Worst bank ever. It takes time to respond. People show up who don't want to work. More than an hour to be seen and at that point I still haven't been seen.
