I've been there for exactly 1 hour, and no service, gate locked, the girl who was supposed to start answering at 1pm, is checking her cell phone and keeps saying she'll answer in 10 minutes, and nothing, absurd, put people who want to work
Bank manager is confusing customer service when they request direct service from him. This demonstrates indifference and unwillingness to carry out their work as it should be, towards the public of the bank where they work.
I came at 10 am to open an account because my son is a minor and it's 2:30 pm and I'm waiting because to open a bank account at this bank takes 1 hour, there were about 5 people in front of me... absurd in the digital age. Bradesco requires parents to come to the branch to open an account for their underage child and detail I came to this bank because I was forced by the educational institution because it was a state grant... Anyway, let's modernize Bradesco.
Terrible, zero service, they seem like they are doing you a favor, the staff are unwilling and spend all their time talking, I've seen it myself, and there are customers outside waiting.
