The attendant at the ATMs was very attentive and helpful, not only to me, but to all the customers who were there at the time. I observed that she served everyone with patience and kindness, giving accurate and useful information.

Delay in service, refusal to open a salary account claiming that this must be done through the APP (while the website and the virtual assistant send you to the agency in this case). Unfortunately, the company only pays into a Bradesco account, and the Bank makes it difficult to open a salary account and keeps offering a current account. I think that's the only way to earn account holders.
I needed to make a deposit at the 13 de Maio branch, there were 4 cashiers, but only one worked without paper to give a receipt, another important observation; two security guards inside the closed branch, which has no cash desk, customers without security coverage at ATMs, I am surprised at the unsatisfactory service I offer Bradesco. One star because I can't give less.
Horrible experience. I went to the branch and got a password at 11:00 am, which was the reason for closing the account, there were 3 attendants who spent another 40 minutes each with a customer, soon after they called other people who arrived after me because they had an exclusive card or premium. Absurd, another elderly lady and I waited a total of more than 1 hour and a quarter. My complaint itself is not even with the attendants but with the system, as my problem was resolved in 5 minutes. All this waiting is absurd just because my card wasn't prime or exclusive. Good thing my account there was closed.

Terrible service, they don't keep up with demand, many people give up waiting. If you come, be prepared for a long delay.
