For those who are in doubt, I leave here a more recent comment, the queue is not that big (at least on the day I went), but it doesn't move. It was around 2:30-3:00 in the queue outside and at least 1:00 inside the agency. It's horrible, stress is enormous. If it's a priority, I recommend that you go straight in (there's a priority queue outside), because if you're going to wait outside, you'll wait, but you'll wait a long time.
The way this bank works is impressive! I spent a whole day solving a salary account situation, initially in a kilometer queue outside, on the sidewalk, then inside the agency in another queue.... I just wanted to see a way to withdraw my salary (without a card) , but there's simply no cashier inside the bank...kkkkkk ..don't worry, there's still more: They gave me a TEMPORARY CARD that wouldn't allow ANYTHING other than withdrawals. Anyway, with it I could even withdraw there at the branch terminals, but it was almost 6 pm and I couldn't leave there with cash. Surprisingly: it turns out that this TEMPORARY CARD only works for statements and balances....LOL !!!!!NOTHING ELSE IT DOES! And until now I am unable to pay my bills.... Absurd my people! WHAT A HORRIBLE BANK...
Service OK; Problem solved without any hassle. Information in the app is limited, extracts too.
* I prefer the Inter and Nubank apps, they have detailed information on all transactions/statements.
* OBS: they insist on offering the international Gold card, however, they inform that it is without annuity, which is a lie (annuity is charged after 12 months, amount 12 x R$ 35.00 (R$ 420.00) .
