At ATMs, payment days are a hassle. The agency does not have enough employees to meet demand. 2 HOURS I couldn't unlock the card. I had to cancel the card.
As it is a private bank, they should value good service, employees are uneducated and appear to be doing us a favor by serving us. I'm going to change banks so I don't have to go through this experience again.

The online service then, is one of the worst. The credit card application takes time to update, when the update occurs it has confusing information, not at all transparent. Especially with regard to fees and fines. I never know what I'm really paying for.
It takes almost four days to update the payment.
If there was an optimization in the service, it would be much better for everyone.
I've never seen a private bank think that by serving the customer they are doing them a favor, terrible service, waiting for more than 3 hours and I still haven't been served. Congratulations Bradesco for losing another customer!
