Number doesn't work, cell phone listed at the branch doesn't work either, terrible elderly service, I've been wanting to know if my card has arrived for 20 days, and I can't get service, I live far from the branch and I'm unable to use it.

Terrible attendance. Nobody knows who is the manager of nobody's account and their contacts are out of date. The agency's landline number does not answer. And the wait to solve anything, if you're lucky, solve it in this life.

I've tried calling and never got through... But every time I went to the agency I was always attended to... But in my opinion it continues to be a bank that always charges absurd fees....

It's been terrible, I'm in another state and I need to get in touch with my manager. I need to contact another Ag to try to get in touch with her.

There are two types of bank employees, those who don't try to solve it, they simply say "there's no way", and those who try to solve it and solve their problem, I met both types today!
