Terrible service at this branch. Don't waste your time and go to any other. On my last visit I went to cash a check and after waiting 1 hour, I went to the cashier, it took another 20 minutes to do the whole process because it was a check with order and in the end they said "ah, I'm not going to be able to do it." pay because the person authorizing is on vacation. I told the teller that it is not possible for an international bank to stop because someone is on vacation. The branch manager also could not authorize checks. Outrageous. I think this branch is not BBVA. The staff is not at the level of a bank of this size.

Small bank with good service, the assistants guide you in everything you need, and if you can avoid waiting in line at the cashier, they pass you to a teller. It has 4 normal ATMs and 2 self-service. The only problem is that although the ATMs must be open 24 hours a day, as it is in the HEB plaza they close the parking lot and you can no longer enter the bank.

Terrible service, the manager Rene García did not even show his face to attend to my situation, as he would help me in practice, and since the deposit movement could not be made, the lady only left me outside the bank, commenting that at the moment they could not do it either Receiving the deposit in the box, she was rude and only entered the bank commenting that the manager would not have it because they did not ask me for mail or any information, they just left me outside the bank. Very rude bbva sucks with that service

It doesn't take more than 5 minutes to use the ATMs, I had no problems withdrawing, very fast at an ATM. Located in a good area, since it is in the HEB shopping center.

Sorry, could you help me by sending me the CR from the bank, please, I need it to register for the scholarship and without it I cannot continue with the rest of the procedure and I have until June 9 to finish the scholarship procedure but they ask me for the 4 digit CR from the bank thank you very much
