There is a teller in this branch who does whatever he wants, I asked him to make separate deposits but he asked me to give him all the cash together (he didn't listen to me), plus I didn't know that it was my obligation to bring him the bills all in order, without Let this none be the other way around, and by denomination so that he wouldn't have to do it. That guy's service is terrible, I hope BBVA really does something to resolve it because when an error occurs due to doing what he wants, he will not be responsible
Terrible service in this branch, only one executive, they don't respect shifts, the executive is super slow. She does not understand that providing good service implies being direct and giving speed to the service as she is the only one serving and the Manager starts talking to a friend and in the same way she says that she only has one executive and that you have to be patient. BBVA has to train its staff to be more effective.
