Today, August 16, I went to fix a service failure in my app, which asked me to go to the ATM to fix the problem. The lady at the entrance was super kind to help me, but since she couldn't solve my problem It happens to me with executives, and as a Bancomer customer we are not supposed to wait that long because we are preferred customers. Anyway, I was without personalized attention for 25 minutes and the screen never advanced to my file, the lady at the entrance saw that Her executives did not pass me by, she went directly to one of cubicle 3 who attended to her and me, very curt and arrogant, since she was not with a client at her table, in short, she did not solve my problem, for this they transfer me to the executive from cubicle 2 and they couldn't solve anything for me either, I wasted an hour in the branch so that in the end they ended up telling me that it was better to call Linea Bancomer and they could help me there, I told them that I had already called and they sent me to the executives and they could no longer give me a solution. I left VERY DISAPPOINTED from that branch. I love BBVA, but that branch only has inefficient and slow executives. I congratulate the ladies in the lobby and at the counters, but the executives, TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Terrible service, they only waste your time and do not finish the processes, they leave them halfway and continue serving people. They tell you that your service will be available in 20 minutes and hours pass and you don't finish them

They are open on Saturdays and they have always given me very good attention every time I go, just the guys at the entrance are well informed and at the checkout as well.

Terrible service, last Friday, May 5, I went to the branch with my mother, who is an elderly person, to make a withdrawal from her retirement account. I was waiting for her outside but seeing that she was taking a while, I contacted her. and he told me that an executive told him that he HAD to get a credit card because it had already been approved and then it was something "MANDATORY" because it was linked to his debit card, which is totally false. However, this worker took advantage of my mother being an elderly person and practically forcibly took a credit card from her. When I wanted to go in to accompany her, they didn't let me in because it was already closed (it was around 4:30 pm), their treatment was terrible and not to mention the bad practices. Of course, in addition to this review, I will make the corresponding complaint to condusef.
