Terrible customer service, yesterday, Monday, July 31, I wanted to make a deposit to my card and I could not pass the window, because the person in charge of the entrance (distributed shifts) told me that a small amount of money had to be deposited at the ATM ! When I told him that I had never made a payment like this! But I still tried it but after trying one bill, I put several later, and that's when the old ATM swallowed my money, only unsuccessful operation appeared on the screen. He did not give me a receipt for everything I deposited and he did not return my money either. It was then that I went to get help and they told me that I had to fill out a clarification sheet and they told me that they could not give me my money at that moment that I had to wait until tomorrow, Tuesday August 1, until 1pm in the afternoon to that they give me my money, today Tuesday they had me waiting half an hour at the bank, it was not until I went to ask at the window, they finally gave me an answer and told me that the numbers did not add up, they insinuated that I had not deposited the amount which I knew I had deposited. And they told me that I couldn't have the money that I had to make a call to the bank for another clarification and I, angry, obviously yelled at them because they could have told me that yesterday and make both clarifications at the same time and not waste my time. Please, a recommendation Do not make payments at the ATM, if you do not want your money withheld and waste your time. They treat you as if you are a thief as if you are trying to deceive them, when they simply want to recover your savings that you worked hard to put together. That is why I say that they have lousy customer service because their job is to give the client the assurance that they are going to receive money. Another thing when the service lady, I get my clarification I get many more clarifications from other clients. So do not trust the ATMs and know that the employees are not going to give you a solution to the problems that were generated in your bank!
