Terrible: the "executives" who assisted me could not understand the service I requested and told me to do it at an ATM, it made me think if they at least know how to read and write. That bank wants to go so far into the future with its "excellent technology" that it forgets that personalized attention is something elementary.
One year to open or I want to fix my card because of some little problems and I have to go until it equals because the gentlemen don't open.....namas the security guy walks like a soul in pain...
