My experience was bad, especially because of the practices. I made a deposit and they withheld my tickets. Their executives on the phone take up to two hours to respond. I already have my opinion in favor since May 6, but they do not return my money. there is where to go. If someone can help me I would be so thankful.
The bank has already changed its location in Calzada Juan Pablo II between La Quemada and Ojo Zarco, as for the bad service, they no longer want to assist you manually, now only by cell phone

I did not trust that the bank employees are on their cell phones while they are opening accounts and updating data.
