The staff is very friendly, the place is always clean. There are places where you can wait for your family member outside, whether sitting on buckets or food establishments. The difficulty is finding a place to park outside or near the bank.

Terrible service from the staff. I was not given the information I needed or the attention... Staff only commented that the lady was eating for approximately 2 hours waiting, then I filed a complaint in a letter to go to another branch.

It is incredible how little interest they give to their workers, a training course in customer service, in knowing how to guide and advise, they would not like it at all, terrible service, only because they do not give the option of giving any star That's why I put one, but really as an institution and they as their representatives should give it due seriousness, (Especially the advisor Patricia) as soon as I can I will unsubscribe from there or completely change branch to one where at except the staff, they truly treat you with the supposed professionalism that must be given.

The attention of the employees at this branch is terrible, they want you to do everything at their ATMs, but if you don't want to because you simply don't like it and you feel more COMFORTABLE doing it at the counter they tell you that you can't, OF COURSE YOU CAN! So why do they put employees at the window? Better to just put in cashiers and fire the cashiers because the ATMs already do their job and they don't want to do theirs.

The worst thing about here is the practices you deposit and the money is never reflected in your account, you file a report and you have to wait 7 days for a resolution and meanwhile your money flies into nothing.
