Terrible attention from the lady who is in charge of handing you over to an executive,
1.- It doesn't give you a token.
2.- It tells you to wait while an executive is free and when it happens it goes to the person who arrived 20 minutes after you, you go and tell the executive and he tells you that the person had been there for a while and that it is something quick.
3.- My time is also valuable, I got out faster with my procedure that I needed to complete than the other person.
4.- The information they give me in Online Banking is not the same as what they give me in the branch. (agree or train your staff well)
It is not acceptable that they do not respect other people's time, that there is no order and that the information provided is not clear.
Horrible service from the advisors who are putting gel and checking that only one person enters, they are not friendly, they don't even say good morning! And terrible service in their practices. The money I deposited got stuck and when I asked the cashier Sergio Rafael for clarification, they did not return the real money I had deposited. Bad service to customers and cashiers in poor condition. At least maintain their equipment, do not expose users' money, that is why they are supposed to be a bank, demonstrate their strategies so that they provide quality care. The worst branch I have ever visited.
