The atm worked but commission and exchange rate are insane in favor of the bank. We had used the atm because exchange rates for cash are very poor in this village.

HIGH withdrawal fee (175 pesos) plus bad exchange rate. But, I got cash out soo I cant complain too much.

It is the only branch in Palenque, which causes several problems: 1. Despotic, arrogant staff who believe they are doing the customer a favor by serving them. 2. It is filled with people from the town and surrounding towns, making it impossible to move there during rush hours 3. There is no possibility of making certain movements because the staff is only focused on selling an insurance service or something similar or whatever I left money for, and if you go for clarification, they send you to talk on the phone. I mean, completely materialistic. 4. They do not respect people when they are in line, if one is careless, they serve the person behind us in line. They don't know how to maintain order. Thank the universe that they are already about to make another branch 😅 The other day, of all the ATMs there are, only 2 were working and there was a very long line. This branch is horrible

When you open an account, they ask you to deposit a minimum of 2,500 monthly and in 8 months you can withdraw it. It's been 8 months and they don't want to pay me. I've already made several attempts and every time the signature doesn't pass and you have to re-request it and now that My money is going to be lost, how insecure that bank cannot be trusted.
