Banco BBVA

I was visiting Mexico and had to take out money from their ATM. The machine then swallowed my card and they would not return it. I spoke to their supervisor and she said the same thing. This practically ruined my whole trip and experience. DO NOT USE THEIR ATM MACHINES!

Just because there is no way to give fewer stars!! The terrible branch, jammed with passengers and customers and only TWO cashiers serving when there are supposed to be 5 cashiers! Ohh and one of the cashiers serves all customers and the other serves companies!! Avoid at all costs having an account with BBVA, the service and attention is getting worse and worse but that is the mega tower that was built with the interest they charge!!! Disgusting bank!

The branch is no longer located where it says on the map, it is now located at door 8 and that is why I give it 3 stars because they make you walk like crazy. Fast and efficient service.

The branch changed its premises to a larger one, which allowed them to have 6 windows to attend, place chairs to wait, has three ATMs in addition to two automatic branches, which allows you to carry out operations 24 HRS and with confidence.

Terrible service, all their workers are very despotic when serving you, my worst experience in a bank
