The waiting times are very long, they have a lot of staff standing around doing nothing, and a line of customers waiting to do simple procedures... very bad service, better go to another branch

Extremely inflexible, they try to deceive you when providing customer service, rude, the door does not open properly, they harass you at the cashier, they do not try to help you with your problems, terrible attitude
