The ATM swallowed my card for no reason. When we called the bank to ask them to return it they said there is nothing they can do. So now I don’t have my card anymore. Great for a foreigner on vacation.

The service is as expected. There is someone at the door asking what you are coming to do and that way they guide you better where you have to go (whether to the ATM, with an executive or with a normal cashier).
