The same thing has happened to me twice with the "system" they have for giving us the number with which they will assist us at the window. First, you stand in line to enter the bank, the girl who gives the numbers asks you to come sit and then she gives you your number and she does so and passes to two or three more people. After a while he takes the numbers and since he forgot what order we arrived in, he gives the first numbers to people who arrived much later than me and of course I get upset and tell him that I arrived much before them and he still tells me: " nothing happens" of course if it happens, my time is gone! As I said, they've done the same thing to me twice. Terrible way to assign a number, when it is so simple that when you pass they give you your number and it is not available to the person's memory. I'm not going back to that branch.

I arrived at 1:30 pm because my application required me to attend with an executive. The girl at the entrance very kindly explained to me that it is by appointment, so I made an appointment at 2 pm arriving 10 minutes early to avoid any problem. I went to sit down and wait to be attended to, for which approximately 30 minutes passed, with no one waiting. When analyzing my situation, the executive told me that I had to change something in my account, so she asked me to wait for her. Thus the hours passed until it was 3:30 in the afternoon and I approached to ask what time he was going to see me. The executive, who was talking to another girl, replied that in 20 minutes because she had to send a file that was pending. 20 minutes passed and they didn't attend to me, they didn't even come close to tell me anything. I consider it a bad service since the branch was practically empty, the people who entered went directly to the cashier, there was only one person who arrived after me who was already upset by the time that had passed. They didn't explain the situation to me either, they just had me waiting. Generally I consider that there is good service, however today, Monday, August 24, was very bad.

Every time I go to any branch of this bank I have a very bad experience and today was no exception. If it's not because of the slow service, or their cashiers out of service, but there's always something. Already update your systems. Use the technology and resources that exist today. Invest and stop playing with the time of your valuable clients.

I don't know if all Bancomers are like this Terrible service Terrible customer service The people who should advise you actually treat you with a sarcastic attitude. Sometimes it even seems like they deliberately want to make you feel incompetent. Especially with the new technology they are introducing, if people don't know how to read a machine, the least they can do is take the time to explain.

The service is terrible, the branch is practically alone and the service is very slow, it seems that there is no manager, the employees do what they want without keeping an order, for something so simple that I could not solve it lasted more than 1 hour, trying to explain to them and they treated me like a fool, in the end an executive resolved it after a long explanation, I had a very bad taste in my mouth, I wanted to cancel the 2 credit cards I have with them 😕
