I entered at 10:15 and left at 1:45 p.m., dissatisfied with the treatment and poor service. The executive did not respect my shift, arguing that it took me more than 2 minutes to get to her, (that's a lie, after 3 hours I was more than aware of my shift) she passed on to a client who took more than 15 minutes. minutes and then it happened to another person with whom it also took a while; After that she only half attended to me, because in the end she washed her hands of it, leaving me in a cubicle alone talking on the phone so that I could attend to my situation and continued serving more clients. The executives serve their "clients" who arrive without a file, I don't understand what their filters are. In short: the worst branch I have ever visited, poorly organized and with elitist executives. You need more than emotional intelligence in this place.

The service they provide both via telephone (sales advisors) and branch executives is terrible. They were bothering us all week by phone to acquire a TDC. Today, Friday, on the last call I decided to take it, it couldn't be done from the app and they sent me to the branch. I arrive at the branch and they took 40 minutes to assist me, I arrive with an executive and he makes me fill out applications, prepares the envelope for delivery of the card and at the end requests help from one more person to cancel the application and restart the process. From the beginning I asked if the process took too long, indicating that it didn't take long. I wasted my time and left without a card. The service they provide is terrible. I am a new customer and I would not recommend the BBVA experience. Please don't mark me for your card anymore. A and his staff in the branch are more concerned with placing the order for tomorrow's breakfast (chicken) than with serving your customers.

I had to cancel my cards because my wallet was stolen, I went to the branch to help me get my money, they didn't give me a solution even though I had my passport, they wanted me to go and wait for them to give me my new INE. It can't be that their method is to present two IDs when they even have my fingerprints in their system. They only told me that they can't help me if I don't have two official IDs, period. They should have more empathy and change their protocols, which are honestly not consistent. I asked to speak to the manager and they told me that it was going to take a long time and that he was going to tell me the same thing. What a way to solve.

Terrible service, they give you a shift just to open a payroll account, there weren't many people, and I've been waiting for an hour and a half and there's no way for it to pass. I have 5 shifts left, then the executives look at their cell phones as if there were no clients. waiting, there should be more agility on part3 of the staff, terrible customer service

The branch is renovated, but when it comes to checking out they are super slow and in the same way with the executives although they have good treatment, the only thing is that they make people wait, the advisor we were with mentioned to another colleague of theirs that they should take out to the person they had before since he had been in the branch for 4 hours and they still did not solve him
