Don't go here or any BBVA if you're a foreigner or don't speak Spanish. They will take advantage of you if you're uninformed. They sold expensive contracts by lying that all banks are required to charge these expenses by Mexican law. It turns other banks offer the same products for free and there is no such laws. If you signed, it is too late, they'll take your money and don't even let you close your account until the contract expires, even if you try to cancel hours after signing. They're also very rude.

Branch with few staff is almost always empty, the executives take time to serve but when they serve you the service is fast
