Excellent service, very efficient and fast, very helpful, my favorite branch🤩

It is a pity. We were several people from 3.50 queuing outside. And at 4 o'clock the door boy closes the door for us. Not before letting in 2 people who weren't in line and another person who asked to ask a question. We call the manager. And she never stopped denying us and gave unjustified reason to leave us out. I argue that his capacity did not allow him to let us pass... and he only had 2 ATMs!!. Hence the lack of good care. What a pity, I always go to this branch because it is close to me. But today they disappointed me with that lack of judgment of the manager and the subordinate, how mediocre!

It's my bank, I prefer it over any other The procedures are quick and easy, clear and complete information, receptionists and advisors very professional and friendly.
