Lady at the front check in was not specific and when I got to the window I had an issue they don’t take card for deposit and they made a big deal Ana in the back was at first rude and unsympathetic. But after talking with her manager and coworker she came around and was a bit nicer. But over all horrible experience with them.

The worst BBVA bank I have ever been to, the truth is there are some girls on staff who are very despotic, and it seems like they are slaves because they are in a bad way, plus they forced me to include things that I did not want and that are not mandatory, and making inadequate charges, I better went to another bank... I will file a higher complaint because they don't do anything there!!!

Bad service. They made me sit in line for 40 minutes and in the end they didn't let me pay my SAT taxes by card. In other branches I have already paid like this and they told me that it is not possible there because they lack money at the end. They offered to take money from my credit card, charging me for withdrawal

Terrible service, I wasted two hours of time and it was the same as before I entered, they didn't help me at all, I gave it 1 star for nothing why I can't leave it blank, TERRIBLE SERVICE....
