They should notify you of all the requirements to open an account, today is the second time I have tried to make one, I took everything they could and after 40 minutes of waiting they told me that I need an application, said application could not be downloaded to my cell phone and I lost time. If they had told me all the requirements I wouldn't have wasted my time.

Appalling. I've been waiting for half an hour for them to attend me just for an account statement, they don't respect the numbers they give very badly because it's not the first time.
