Their ATM froze and did not dispense 6000 pesos. They denied. Someone has this $$. I will never go back. Should be less than 1 star. Certainly there is security footage. 26.09.22 still no response from this bank. Is the employee that “balanced” the atm machine still working here? Next step to get 6000 pesos returned Profeco. I have issued a complaint with PROFECO Eufonie, it has been two months and still no action on the return of my 6000 pesos 11 MONTHS AND 6000 PESOS HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED!

There is not a single reason why there is such a long line blocking the pedestrian path. If your services are so bad that you affect public services, they must be fixed. Or open more branches.

Today, Saturday, November 19, I arrived at the bank at two in the afternoon. The lady at the door no longer allowed me entry because it was already closed. On their door the time says 2:30 pm closing time. According to this, they are undergoing renovations and that is why they no longer allowed people to continue passing through, as they had posted signs warning that they would close early. I think that if they are going to make those types of changes, they should fix their schedules on their website. Many of us only have the opportunity to fix things at the bank on Saturday after work. And on its sign, apart from everything, it does not mention anything about the bank stopping service at 2:00 pm.
