There is not a single reason why there is such a long line blocking the pedestrian path. If your services are so bad that you affect public services, they must be fixed. Or open more branches.
Today, Saturday, November 19, I arrived at the bank at two in the afternoon. The lady at the door no longer allowed me entry because it was already closed. On their door the time says 2:30 pm closing time. According to this, they are undergoing renovations and that is why they no longer allowed people to continue passing through, as they had posted signs warning that they would close early.
I think that if they are going to make those types of changes, they should fix their schedules on their website. Many of us only have the opportunity to fix things at the bank on Saturday after work. And on its sign, apart from everything, it does not mention anything about the bank stopping service at 2:00 pm.
Terrible service from the ladies at the entrance, extremely rude and despotic not only with me, but also with those who came to ask them something, causing more than 10 problems themselves for not knowing how to listen.
I think Miss Karina could have better service if she is the main one who receives you at the branch
